The greatest excuse we give ourselves for not exercising regularly is I don’t have time. This is a grown up version of the dog ate my homework.
The truth is we have all the time there is. The question is your fitness ritual a priority or an add on? A should or a must? A have to or a get to? I invite you to make a fitness/wellness appointment with yourself everyday. Guard your time fiercely and remember everything counts.
Take away: If you want something bad enough you will find a way otherwise you will find an excuse. Don’t let the excuse of, “i don’t have time” steal the happiness and vitality you deserve. Make it happen.
You’ll be glad you did.
